Ecopetrol America LLC is a subsidiary of Ecopetrol USA Inc, and its ultimate parent company is Ecopetrol S.A., the national oil company of the Republic of Colombia. Ecopetrol America LLC is a limited liability company formed under the laws of the State of Delaware.
Ecopetrol America is responsible for the exploration and production of hydrocarbons in the Offshore Gulf Coast of the U.S. contributing to the corporate goals set by the Ecopetrol Business Group in its 2030 Strategic Plan.
We are responsible for the exploration and production of hydrocarbons in the US Gulf of Mexico contributing to the success of the Ecopetrol Business Group. EA (Ecopetrol America) holds interests in four non-operated producing Assets (K2, Dalmatian, Gunflint & Esox) and 65 Lease Blocks in the USGOM, as of May 2022.
